Brent brings over twenty years of experience to MAS from the architectural and construction industries. Over this time Brent has led a team of drafters and architects in production drawings for dozens of multi-family and single-family projects in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, California, and Colorado. Prior to moving into the professional services side of the industry, Brent was involved in the construction of projects such as MGM Grand Garden, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Treasure Island, and various multi-family developments. His construction experience is the foundation of his technical expertise.

Brent’s diverse background gives him the unique ability to understand problems from multiple points of view. His in-depth knowledge of the International Building Code, local zoning ordinances and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) along with his wide-ranging background is an invaluable asset to our team and as a result, to our clients as well.

Your project isn’t just a series of steps in a process, it is a vision in your mind that requires someone who can bring together every phase of design and construction to realize that vision. Brent manages all phases of the building process and is skilled at programming, scheduling, and coordination of construction documents. He works directly with engineers and other design consultants, leading the team to ensure that projects run smoothly. In addition to his extensive knowledge of building processes and methods, Brent also works with building officials and government planners to obtain building permits and land use approvals.
